Putting back the pieces

When we become anxious, stressed or depressed, it may seen that there is no way out of the way you feel. Your thinking changes and the negative emotions become overwhelming. Together, we start to put back the pieces. To spot the distorted unhelpful thoughts and start to gently challenge the way you think and behave.

It is somewhat like putting a jigsaw together, to make a whole picture and one that is familiar and makes sense, rather than live your life with all the pieces jumbled up.
