Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy Fees
My preferred payment method is debit card, and I take most debit and credit cards. I don’t increase the price if using a credit card unless it’s American express where a 4% charge is added.
My sessions are 60 minutes each (apart from my 90 hour smoking cessation session) I truly believe in offering my clients value for money, especially in this current economic climate. I am a full time therapist and don’t do this as a hobby. You may find other therapists have put their prices down, but mine have remained the same for the last five years.
My consultation also includes intervention such as hypnosis to kick start the process and get you experiencing positive change as soon as possible. My mission is to get you to you back on track in a timely manner.
How many sessions will you need?
For smoking, I operate a one session approach (Including a free follow up if needed)
For all other issues, such as anxiety problems it really depends on the background of the individual and the levels of anxiety suffered. But as an example it can range between 4 and 6 sessions following the consultation.
I am realistic with my sessions. I will always endeavor to help you in a timely manner. Sessions are normally held weekly at first and then as progress is being made we can look at spacing them out a little, however it is important to recognise the progress you make. Remember, this is your investment in yourself!
Initial Consultation (60 minutes) £65
This is an extremely integral part of the process for change. Detailed notes will be taken and the best direction to take will be designed to help you achieve change.
There will also be hypnosis work within the session.

Saturday 9:00AM to 12:00PM
Sunday (this day is by special request only)
*All other sessions (60 minutes) £65
Stop Smoking Hypnosis (90 minutes) £100
This is a one session approach, but includes a free follow up session, should you need it (valid for 3 months)
