Despite what you may have seen from stage quacks, a hypnotherapist can never make you do something or say something against your moral code. And the reason for this? Because you are in control of the session! Yes, that’s right, it isn’t the hypnotherapist.

We are just there to guide you through the whole process and use positive useful language, imagery and psychotherapeutic techniques to help you achieve your goals. If you hear something you don’t like or disagree with, you will reject it and emerge out of trance by your own volition.
